Terms & Conditions

This is a juried show.

Entries will be reviewed by a panel of jurors who will determine which works will be accepted into the exhibition. Decisions will be based upon quality of artistry and craftmanship, and the expression of this year’s theme: A Disturbance in the Force.

Entry is not a guarantee that your art will be selected for exhibition

Please price your work to include the commission in your total retail price. Payment for works sold will be made to artists within 30 days of the close of the exhibit or sooner. All works submitted will be for sale unless marked “not for sale” (NFS).

We take great care to ensure the safety of your artwork. The gallery will be responsible for loss or damage of work while in our possession. Liability will be limited to the value that the gallery owes the artist for the work if it had sold, or up to the limit that our insurance company pays for such loss.

Work not picked up by that time will become the property of Create Appalachia unless prior alternate arrangements are made for pickup.
